And do you have a reference for that different algorithm? A Google search doesn't find anything.

You can download MTSuperTrend's open source code (WL6) for review:

I doubt you'll find any reference now.

There isn't a MTSuperTrend indicator for WL6. There is a CMCSuperTrend indicator instead. Are you saying both MTSuperTrend and CMCSuperTrend are the same indicator?

And is SuperTrend for WL8 different than all these (above)? It's this last one I can find documentation on.
