Upgrate to new build 163 from 162, the "Strategy Monitor" doesn't work. Select "At-Close Signaling" option and use "Run Now" to run the strategy. It is not working. Look like the the symbole prices are not updating. The following is the log:

Let's call that a bug. It appears "Run Now" got stepped on with the change.
If you need to "Run Now", just Configure > disable At-Close Processing > OK > Run Now.
The Re-enable for the At-Close Run.

The reason I need to check the "At-Close Processing" is to get partial intra-day bar as one daily bar. If I don't check "At-Close Processing", it can't get the today's partail bar as daily bar.
The "Run Now" with "At-Close Processing" was working on previous build. I am using it everyday. And this function break down with this build.
I try the trick to run on next minute bar as closing time and it is not working too.
Is there anyway I can get build version 162 for me today before you investigate it ? I need this function for me to trade ?

I'd argue that Run Now should not include the at-close processing by default. At-close processing is timed to trigger a certain number of seconds before the market close.
If you do a Run Now, it will perform a normal run and then schedule an at-close run for before the end of the trading day. That seems like correct behavior.
You want an "at-close" Run Now that pulls in the partial bar?
It sounds like that would need to be a separate explicit menu option. Since it was working like that previously I can work on providing that in a hot fix.
If you want, you can install Build 162 here, but you'll need to uninstall WL8 first.

Thank you for sharing the build 162 with me and the version works fine for me. I wonder going forward, whether you can share one previous build version on website to allow user rolling back in case there is a problem with the upgrade.
As for the feature, I do need the "at-close" Run now that pulls in the partial bar. This can be done as "Run Now" doing it manually, or even better to schedule it running every fixed minutes (like 30 minites). Could you add it as hot-fix ?
