I purchased the power pack to be able to create an OnClose-Order with Building Blocks. But after purchasing it, I find no option in the "Sell at Market" block.

Look under the Power Pack cogs in the Building Block list. And WL8's backtester always places a simulated order for the FOLLOWING bar, even with the Buy/Sell at Close Blocks. So if you want to, for example, buy on the bar that the RSI closes below 35 you'll need to trick the backtester by looking ahead one bar at the RSI value. Use the Power Pack Qualifier to do that.
