I see this happen regularly, here is an example.
Last night I used the WL UI to enter an order to close a position on V.
It executed perfectly on market open this morning, and shows up that way on the broker side UI.
If I click on remove Inactive, it remains in the OM list, and remains in an active state.
Exit out of the app, and restart - it will be gone.
So to me, the order status is not updating when an update is pulled from the broker (Tradestation)
Thoughts on if I should be doing something different?

Rename
Remove Inactive won't remove orders that still have a Placed or Active status in WL.
TS Order statuses depends on a socket connection that requires regular [automatic] restarts. These are forced by TS. If you check the Log Viewer, you'll see evidence of that - it always helps to see the evidence. (Internet dropouts also cause restarts.) If the connection isn't successful, I'd expect to see a broken connection with TS, which is not the case in your image.
Always recommended:
Everyday, restart WealthLab before the market open. Open your trading Workspace with an Accounts tool to check your account positions. The restart forces fresh socket connections with the broker.
