Since I installed Build 163, Norgatedata hasn't been working. When I click "Backtest," WL doesn't load any data. The following message appears at the bottom:

I just tried it with the previous build, and Norgatedata isn't loading there either. So it doesn't seem to be a problem with the new build. Does anyone have any ideas?

The Data Manager does not display any data in Norgatedata:



The Log Viewer displays the following:



I also reinstalled the Norgate extension. Unfortunately, that didn't make any difference. Norgate isn't working for me anymore. Does anyone else have any idea what might be causing this?

The problem seems to be with Norgate. At least, that's what the Norgate Data Updater suggests:



Someone from Norgate is reading this forum. Maybe they can say something about it.

After resetting the Norgate software and reinstalling it with the data download, it’s working again. For anyone else who might encounter this problem. The issue was caused by Norgate and can be resolved on your own.
