Hello, I have already purchased a new license for a new account, but the WealthLab program shows an error on startup. The error message states: "Your Wealth-Lab 8 license has expired, please visit www.wealth-lab.com to renew your license."
The issue is that I previously used WealthLab with an old account.

I searched and found that there's a solution: the WL8Cleaner.exe program that is provided upon request to technical support - it completely removes all WealthLab data and after reinstalling the program, as I understand, I can log in with the new account for which I already purchased a new license.

Where did you find WL8Cleaner.exe? Who makes that?
It will not help with your license.

I asked AI about that - it said that I need to write to customer support about it. This information is not right?

So what I need to do to clean all WealthLab data from my computer? And install the new version for a new account?

Got it, so what do I need to do to delete all old data? And to install WealthLab again?

Or maybe there is another way to Logout from WealthLab and login again? I can't find where I can do it because the error is shown at the start.

Can you write support@wealth-lab.com as we might ask you some details that won't be relevant here on the forum. And that's a good one, your AI trolled you this time :D
