If i am in the parameter window and I have set the parameters to certain a certain value I can increase the value beyond the limit by clicking on up or down arrows. I don't think it affects calculations but it is cofusing.
Examples:
Here is the first screen capture of the optimized values:
But I can increase the value beyond the limits by clicking up and down arrows w/ no error.
And some calculation occurs.

Personally I like that i can test values beyond the min max in this way, The min max is enforced during optimizations.
You've always been able to manually type any number also.
It's a very handy feature to use values outside the range on occasion.
