Don-t-trade-for-X-days

Hi,

today I would like to ask two questions here:

1. Is it possible to halt trading for a certain time? E.g. altogether - for example:

"If none of the last 10 trades made a profit, halt trading for three days."

And I want to ask if this would also be possible for specific symbols, like:

"If you traded a symbol, don't trade the same symbol for the next 30 bars."

2. My second question is: Indicators can use the price and they can also use the volume. But could they use the turnover (price * volume)? I did not find an indicator for such a function - e.g. "multiply".
