Charts-shifting-within-Container-window

I'm running into an issue of building a workspace. I'm trying to have multiple charts open simultaneously on a single screen. As I add charts that require teh container window to scroll, often the chart will shift to the upper left corner of the container window when I click on the chart.

This doesn't happen on my multi-screen set-up, only when I'm traveling on my single-screen machine.

Is there a way to prevent this?
